Jip Inglis has spent 25 years in strategic marketing and growth consulting, working with established businesses across the United States who know they should be growing faster and want someone to tell them honestly why they aren’t, and then actually help them do something about it.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Jip has built his career around one recurring observation: most large companies describe themselves as customer-centric, but very few have connected their customer experience data to the commercial decisions that would actually make it true. He has spent two and a half decades helping Fortune 500 brands close that gap, not by writing reports and leaving, but by staying in the room through strategy, execution and the often messy bit in between.
Jip joined Feedback ASAP to bring that same commercial lens to the US market, specifically to work with larger organisations that are ready to move beyond score-chasing and turn their customer experience into a genuine growth engine. He is particularly focused on what the next five years look like for CX led growth in the US: a market where customer obsession has become a standard claim but where the operational systems to back it up are still catching up.
He brings the strategy side, the market relationships, and 25 years of knowing what it takes to shift how a large company actually behaves, which, as anyone who has tried it will tell you, is a very different challenge from knowing what it should do.
