Phil Prosser is the Founder and CEO of Feedback ASAP. He has over 25 years of experience in CX, working across 74 countries with over 300 clients. Phil’s expertise in CX is second to none. Prior to founding Feedback ASAP, he served as the Founder & CEO of GAPbuster Worldwide from 1994 to 2009, where he led the company to become the world’s largest mystery shopping company with 250K mystery shoppers globally.
Feedback ASAP is the realisation of Phil’s unwavering passion for fostering people improvement.

Karen Downes is our General Manager of Client Development. Karen has a wealth of experience and leadership in Operations and Learning & Development across diverse industries such as retail, veterinary services, hospitality, and healthcare, Karen’s expertise spans Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
Karen’s role involves integrating our action habits and improvement system, all while providing comprehensive training to your teams, ensuring the optimization of ROI and results.

Julian Barton is our Executive GM with a flair for global sales management. He’s worked with online health providers, government, health insurers, and even the brainy folks at universities. Julian brings over 17 years CX expertise to the table.

Introducing Jip Inglis, our VP of Account Management, based in Atlanta, Georgia. With a wealth of experience as a strategic marketing expert, Jip has worked as a brand manager for big brands like P&G, Coca-Cola, Dole Foods, and JWT advertising.
Jip brings a strategic and analytical focus to the table. He’s all about driving informed and systematic growth, making sure we’re not just keeping up but staying ahead in the dynamic US market.

Charlie Yao is our Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
